CT: GROS (FRA) - bronze in women's sprint
GLASGOW - Comments from Mathilde GROS (FRA) after winning the women's track cycling sprint bronze at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, Emirates Arena on Sunday.
Mathilde GROS (FRA) - bronze
On winning bronze:
"I am really happy because the (2018) world championships were really bad for me. Just before the world championships I had a big crash and broke my (left) collarbone but now it's OK. I can work every day on the track with my coach so it's really simple now. He has helped me a lot."
"Today was really difficult because there were so many races and it was so long. I was dispapointed about (losing) about the semifinal but afterwards I said, Ok there is still a bronze medal."
