Tristan MARGUET (SUI) - bronze

On winning bronze:

"I am little disappointed because I was so close to come back for the (European) title. At first I wasn't that happy, now that I have this medal I'm OK with it. I hope I have a little more luck in Madison on Monday and now I have to regain concentration for that event."

On what went wrong:

"I think I made my attack too late, at four laps to go. I should have started to attack at six laps to go because I felt my legs were OK. I could have won, I think.

On the men's Swiss pursuit team winning silver:

"Before yesterday everyone thought a top-five result, but yesterday in qualification the time was incredible and the confidence was there. Our youngsters are coming and the Swiss team have more chances in the future."
