Iuliia TIMOSHININA (RUS) - gold
On winning gold:
"It was very hard for me. From day one I really wanted to win, so now I am extremely pleased."
On coming back from disappointment when she failed to qualify for the final in the women's 10m:
"I was very nervous, because not everything worked out for me in this competition."
On going into the last dive:
"I was very nervous, because in all my previous competitions I lost because of that particular dive. I knew that if I did it poorly again, it would be terrible. I wanted to do it the best way possible and I think I did that."
On making a little error on the third dive, a forward three and a half somersaults:
"This morning, when I warmed up, this dive started to go wrong and I was very nervous about it. I did it not perfectly, but it was OK."
On how these championship went for her overall:
"I am not satisfied with my results. I expected more from myself. It is good to finish in that way and get a gold medal and to have a complete set (of medals). Nevertheless, there were a lot of errors and I need to improve on that."
