GLASGOW - Comments from Stefanie SIEGENTHALER of Switzerland after podium training at SSE Hydro on Tuesday.
Stefanie SIEGENTHALER (SUI)
On how the nine-hour delay of the Swiss team's flight to Glasgow affected preparations for podium training on Tuesday evening:
"It was a little bit difficult to organise, because this evening was the first time we had together to do this, but I think we did a good job and it was great here."
On her favourite apparatus:
"I prefer bars. I like to swing around a lot."
On the newcomers to their team and how it feels when the team line-up changes:
"We have two youngsters now in the team, but it's cool. They joined us last year and we have trained together for just one year. At the beginning I think it is different, so we have to adapt, but it's always good. I can see that they are a little bit more nervous than us because it's their first time in a competition like this."
On her advice to young gymnasts:
"Have passion. Don't stop when something isn't correct. Train hard."
