On winning her first senior medal:
"I felt very strong and confident coming to these championships. I came right from the training camp in St. Moritz and felt great. I am so happy for my first major senior medal.

On her plan for 'double Laura' in the medals:
"I really wanted to have two Lauras on the podium, and I knew Laura MUIR (GBR) would go very fast. I knew I had to chase her if I wanted to be in the runnig for a medal."
