James GUY (GBR) - bronze
On joining his British team-mates who also won medals in preceding races (Ben PROUD, gold, men's 50m freestyle; Imogen CLARK, silver, women's 50m breaststroke):
"Hallelujah. I'm finally on the podium, (my) time's OK [51.42s], but not as fast as in the Commonwealth Games [where he won silver in 51.31s], but fine, I'm on the podium."
On Great Britain's success in the pool this week:
"Yeah, we've had an awesome week. We've got stronger and stronger throughout the week and hopefully we can finish on a high tonight but so far it's been a brilliant season for all of us. I think we're all focused on hard-earned rest."
On British swimming's prospects going into the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games:
"There are a lot of young guys on our team coming through now and what we've learned they're learning, watching what we (the more experienced swimmers) do in the pool. It's the next generation coming through - that's our job now."
