TR: SCHILLING, PEDERSEN (DEN) - 'The hills were good for us Danes'
GLASGOW - Comments from Andreas SCHILLING (DEN) and Alberte PEDERSEN (DEN) after finishing fifth in the triathlon mixed relay at Strathclyde Country Park on Saturday.
Andreas SCHILLING (DEN)
On the race:
"We were in the back after the first male and first female (legs) but then we slowly started to climb up and got a very good finish in the end."
On finishing fifth:
"We are happy. Our race at the world championships was not that good so we are really happy that we could come here and show how strong our team is."
On preparing for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games:
"This was really good for us, I think we are progressing all the time. Next year our team will be stronger so we are looking forward to the future."
On their targets for the Olympics:
"Our first goal will be to qualify and if we do, anything can happen."
On the team's next steps:
"We are all going to focus on our individual races then we will come back next summer as a team again."

On the course:
"It was a great course, it was tough but really fun as well. The hills were good for us Danes."
